With our online cylinder exchange, you’ll receive a new CO₂ cylinder in return for your empty one, for a fee. The €12 deposit will be refunded once we’ve received your empty cylinders.
Sparkling note: the refund may take up to 30 days after we’ve received your return. If you haven’t received it within 30 business days, please contact us so we can look into it for you. Don’t forget to include a photo of your drop-off receipt or the tracking code in your email.
