How can I dispose of my Sodastream CO2 cylinders if I no longer use them? (permanent return without exchange)

If you are no longer going to use your SodaStream cylinders, you can return your empty carbonating cylinder(s) without exchanging it for a full cylinder by contacting our Support Team directly.

When you return an empty carbonating cylinder without getting a full one in return, you are entitled to a return fee of €2 per cylinder.

Follow these steps to return the CO2 cylinders without an exchange:

1. Reach out to the Sodastream Customer Support team (contact details below) asking to dispose of the CO2 cylinder(s) permanently without exchange.
2. You will receive 3 documents by email from our customer service - Print these documents (the UN1013 form should be printed in 2 copies).
3. Pack the empty Sodastream CO2 cylinder(s) in any box and place the completed form with your details inside the package.

4. Stick the printed UN1013 documents to both sides of the box and include the following address on the package for return:

   SodaStream Enterprises N.V.
   Attn: Repair
   Reply number 10792
   4800 WB Breda

5. Drop off the package at any post office. The package will then be returned to us free of charge.
6. We will refund a goodwill payment of €2 per returned empty Sodastream CO2 cylinder as soon as the cylinder has arrived at our warehouse.
