Why is the water leaking?

1. Bubble bummer!

   Make sure you’re filling the glass carafe or Fuse bottle with still water to the fill line only and you only carbonate before any flavors have been added. Try reinserting your glass carafe or Fuse bottle and make sure the carbonating bottle flask is properly locked with the carbonating head. Tilt the carbonating bottle flask forward to insert the bottle and return the flask to the upright position. Push the carbonating head down and hold it. Then, lock the flask by turning the lever to the left. When in the locked position, the flask lever will align with the small dot, which is located beneath the SodaStream logo.

   Make sure you’re carbonating with short, one-second presses.
